CANCELLATION POLICY

Blaze Body Spa Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure we can provide the highest level of care and accommodate all our clients, we have established the following guidelines regarding appointment scheduling. 1. 24-Hour Notice Required We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill the time slot with another client from our waiting list. 2. Late Cancellation Fees Within 24 Hours: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $40 fee per service. Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made on the day of the appointment may incur a higher fee or a charge of 50% of the scheduled service value. 3. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be charged 100% of the service cost. For those using a service package, the missed session will be marked as completed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. 4. Late Arrival Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete necessary consultation forms. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment, which will still incur the full service charge. 5. Booking & Deposits Credit Card on File: A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. Non-Refundable Deposits: High-ticket services (such as PRP, PDO threads, or full body contouring) may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied toward your service. Financing: For larger service plans, we offer financing options through Cherry Financing. 6. Service Packages & Refunds All service packages and individual treatments are final and non-refundable.
